The Role
Our client, a global leader in the retail design and in-store solutions industry, is looking for an Account Director who will develop a rapport with client and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with new and potential clients, to understand and be part of their future development strategies and aspirations.
Strategic planning for future development and establish relationship network relationships to develop the client account against KPIs

01 Responsibilities
- Identification of Customer Needs, Market Challenges, Territory Management, and Market Knowledge Networking, Sales Planning, Closing Skills, Prospecting client opportunities
- Oversee marketing and account strategy.
- Research and build relationships with client as well as new projects in selective sectors. Set up meetings between client decision makers.
- Compile project opportunities and establish plan of action based on agreed targets with management.
- Plan and work with projects team to develop winning proposals further to client briefings
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company people and capabilities

The ideal candidate for the Account Director role :-
- 5-10 years’ experience in relevant industry with gravitas and charismatic personality
- Knowledge of Technical Design
- Knowledge of estimating service including value engineering
- Effective communication and influencing skills with senior levels of client decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Delivering growth targets, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Proven track-record highly influential networking within the market with relevant clients
- Ability to work with cross functional teams across the organization and lead initiatives to a successful completion.
- Market intelligence gathering and analysis, and Territory Management, giving timely and effective feedback and Reports.
