The Role


Predominantly working with internal stakeholders, with some client interaction as and when needed, you will be helping to deliver outstanding retail marketing projects & campaigns to help strengthen our client's market share contributing to bottom line growth.

Supporting Project Managers with managing project workflows, overseeing and co-ordinating all aspects of Shop fit, Shop-in-Shop, Retail Display & Pop-Up Shop projects in their entirety from initial concepts, supporting account management, creative design, purchasing, budget control to final delivery & implementation as well as managing or working towards managing your own projects.

Focused on delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to a high level of quality, you will work closely with an established project management team and collaborate with account management, design, engineering, warehouse, and installation teams to deliver project support.

01  Responsibilities

- Support the existing project team with project delivery to promote on the job learning and growth into a seasoned project manager over time
- Support with brief taking, project planning and implementations
- Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders and departments; Account Management, studio team, engineering, production and external suppliers, for example
- Supplier liaison, verbally, written and face to face
- Learn best practice fabrication/construction methods & techniques and appropriate material election
- Project timeline milestones and gate-keeping checking
- Project status reporting and ongoing evaluation
- Raising purchase orders and inputting costs
- Reviewing and checking technical drawings
- Preparing estimates and schedules for internal departments
- Completing and submitting all relevant Project H&S, Risk and Method Statements
- Helping to deliver against project KPI’s and objectives as well as business KPI’s improving service levels
- Working with colleagues and peers to support expertise strengths in non-assigned projects

- Predominantly office based although you will be comfortable in an agile working environment including visiting suppliers or attending client meetings with account management teams and/or PM colleagues.
