01 Responsibilities
- Traffic manage multiple Website & CRM (Email marketing) localisation projects across 17+ markets in EMEA
- Own project schedules for multiple concurrent projects and drive communication on status
- Working closely with Regional and Global production teams to ensure projects are on track and raise any major flags prior and during projects
- Managing a number of EMEA Product Marketers & External Validators to ensure Projects have been reviewed and approved in the correct way according to the brief
- Reviewing Localisation Marketing briefs and using initiative to understand and brief out
- Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Daily point of contact for all things localisation across Website & CRM assets
- Monitoring processes and inputting ideas on how to improve and simplify current practices where required
- Building effective stakeholder relationships with key global and regional teams

02 Knowledge
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years experience in localisation/traffic/project management in a Marketing-specific field, agency or in-house
- Understanding of the Google Suit; Google Sheets, Docs & Slides
- Strong Stakeholder management
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Great organisational & interpersonal skills
- Strong can do attitude and team player
- Prioritisation skills
- Process driven

- Familiar with Webpage & CRM Marketing Assets - Copy, Design & Layout
- Experience in working on localisation marketing assets across the EMEA markets.
- Experienced problem-solver and optimistic in the face of challenges.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Wrike)
- Experience in building and improving scalable processes within a global organization
- Experience in supporting successful product launches across a range of business units
