01 Responsibilities
- Creation and preparation of site and manufacturing technical drawings and details using Solidworks
- Support of Project Team in the delivery and implementation of various retail projects.
- Creation of scope of works for procurement
- Continuous support and cooperation with the Project Team
- Supports the Management Team as and when required
- Define and create capacity and timescales planning
- Supports the establishment of a key indicator database
- Order/project planning and processing according to the processing process and PM method
- Supports sales and the project manager in acquisition, offers and orders
- Construction authority within the specifications, is responsible for the construction of the furniture and the
- drawings created
- Processing orders/projects in a cost-, time and quality-oriented manner, taking into account the specified budget minimum limits to maximize results
- Coordinated and timely project execution with efficient use of personnel; Resource planning and capacity balancing in the area of project technology and procurement or in the project team
- Consideration of corporate culture
- Responsible for the implementation of project goals and task schedules in the competence area
- Active risk management and decisions about risk minimization measures
- In the event of escalation (deadline collisions, capacity bottlenecks, etc.),make decisions to achieve project and company goals in coordination with the project manager
- Carries out the technical implementation clarification with the procurement partners in the order/project
- Cost reduction through the use of adequate materials, optimized use of time and designs
