The Role


Our Client is looking for a Regional Account Director to take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of their account, taking a hands on approach to create and deliver solutions. You will need to have clear vision and provide strong leadership, balancing day to day responsibilities with focus also on the long term goals.

01  Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for leading the operational delivery for the client across key categories in particular in-store temporary POS + window installation and permanent high-end retail fixtures and installations
- Manage overall financial performance of the account, maintain focus on risk and remedy any potential issues.
- Drive innovation and product development to bring world class solutions to the most challenging of clients
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed expectations
- Identify any new business opportunities and take responsibility for the delivery of account growth
- Produce client communications documents to the highest standard
- Build successful partnerships with the client business leads and key decision makers.
- Provide on-going strategic insights and revised solutions/recommendations based on the changing market dynamics and industry trends
- Continuously refine and improve the creative and production solutions, evaluate spend to maximize capabilities and drive value in the relationship from both an economic and service level perspective
- Responsible for staffing decisions, ensuring the account is properly resourced and seasonal peaks are anticipated and staffed appropriately

02 Knowledge

- Knowledge and experience of working with FMCG and Consumer Health clients
- Strong knowledge of the development and production of Print, POS and merchandise, and an advantage to have experience in permanent and semi-permanent retail fixtures and installations
- Knowledge of outsourced procurement solutions for marketing execution
- Experience working with clients across multiple European markets
- Excellent direct client interfacing experience
- A truly innovative mindset to deliver solutions which create inspiring retail environments and experiences
- Ability to analyse complex operational, financial, spend and product data and present this to the client with confidence and develop strategies based on quality data
- Leadership capability to motivate a dedicated client team, including employee development and mentoring
- Sharp entrepreneurial approach with an innovative and creative mindset
