The Role
Project Manager will ideally have a fixtures or shopfit background, with good supplier contacts, an understanding of materials and finishes in the retail sectors and be comfortable out on site for the fit-out.

01 Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Develop project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff internally and externally
• Cost prototype production
• Cost all projects for production
• Manage project budget pre-production
• Manage project resource allocation both internally and externally
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Maintain all aesthetic values of a project unless receiving approval of changes
• Quality assurance
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Responsibility for building and maintaining key relationships.
• Monitor and investigate 'market intelligence' of in-store activities relating to the clients business. Use to further the knowledge base of the account team and client.
