The Role


The Supply Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the procurement and supply demands for specific customers. You will be responsible for monitoring production and shipment deliverable, working closely with the organization’s cross functional departments to meet project requirements. This role will require periodic international travel and interaction with our logistics partners.

01  Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers and understand scope of work for each program to enable seamless execution.
- Liaising between factories and logistics companies and ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
- Determining the most efficient channels for production based off location, timing and cost
- Provide daily tracking for production and communication with PM and Commercial teams.
- Review pricing to ensure targets are met or improved.
- Provide solutions for sourcing requirements where new products are requested.
- When needed, coordinate and provide delivery and install audits based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with our offshore production and logistics teams.
- Maintain reporting systems related to production.
- Assist in benchmarking exercises.
- Creation of purchase orders.

02 Knowledge

- Educated to degree level.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain management preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly to accommodate different time-zones as required.
- International procurement and shipment experience essential

03 Experience

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self- motivated (remote role, working at home) with strong analytical ability and attention to detail,
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good collaboration and ability to work cross functionally between teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of MS Excel and CRM systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Full driver’s licence.
